Queen Elizabeth mourning period information

Great Arley is deeply saddened by the loss of Queen Elizabeth II following a 70-year reign. 

 

At Great Arley we share in the nation's mourning for the loss of Queen Elizabeth II and send our thoughts to the Royal Family and our school community at this difficult time. 

 

As you will be aware, the Queen's funeral will be held on Monday 19th September. This will be a public holiday, and we have also received official notification that schools will be shut on that day. School will resume as normal on Tuesday 20th September.
