Mrs Joanne Jones - PARENT GOVERNOR
Joanne resigned from her role as staff governor on 5th March 2021. Joanne her role as parent governor . We are grateful to Joanne for all her contributions she gave to the school as staff governor.
Alan Berwick - CO-OPTED GOVERNOR
Alan was appointed Governor at Great Arley School in November 2020 for a four-year term of office. Alan resigned from her role as staff governor in November 2021. We thank Alan for his contributions to the school as governor.
Charli Johnson - STAFF GOVERNOR
Charli was appointed as a Staff Governor in January 2021 for a four-year term of office. Charli left her role as Fundraising Co-ordinator at Great Arley on 26 January 2022 and therefore her role as a staff Governor. We wish Charli the best of luck for the future and thank her for her contributions as a staff governor.
Mrs Linda Owers - CO-OPTED GOVERNOR
Linda was originally appointed by the Governing Body on 12/03/2014, having previously been a Teacher Governor for 8 years. She was appointed by the Governing Board to her second term of office on 12/03/18 for a further four-year term.
Linda was a teacher at Great Arley School from 1999 until 2013 and a Teacher Governor from 2005 to 2013. As an experienced primary teacher, now retired, and school governor, she is ideal in her role as one of our nominated governors for safeguarding.
Linda is the Chair of the Building, Health & Safety Committee.
Linda has declared no beneficial business interests, is not a governor at any other establishment and has no relationship to any member of staff.
